Hacka upp rotfrukterna i lika stora delar och f\u00f6rdela ut vid sidan om kycklingen p\u00e5 pl\u00e5ten. Skiva sidfl\u00e4sket i sm\u00e5 t\u00e4rningar och blanda ut med rotfrukterna.\u00a0 Ta vitl\u00f6ksklyftorna (skalet beh\u00f6ver inte avl\u00e4gsnas) och tryck till med baksidan av en kniv s\u00e5 att klyftorna krossas. L\u00e4gg ut p\u00e5 pl\u00e5ten. Salta och peppra l\u00e4tt och ringla \u00f6ver lite olivolja p\u00e5 rotfrukterna.<br \/>3. L\u00e5t st\u00e5 i ugnen p\u00e5 200\u00b0C i cirka 60 minuter (tills innertemperaturen \u00e4r 75 \u00b0C), avsluta p\u00e5 275\u00b0C de sista fem minuterna f\u00f6r maximalt krispig yta p\u00e5 skinnet.<br \/>4.
